ROTOTO
Produced in Nara Prefecture, the largest sock-producing area in Japan, centered around Koryo Town. ROTOTO delivers "everyday essentials you can love for a lifetime" with the highest quality, crafted in Japan for exceptional comfort and durability.
Recreating Vintage Sweatshirt Feel
The cotton used in the fabric, known as "Raffy," is made from a blend of long fibers and 25% leftover fibers (short fibers), creating a unique yarn with a slightly uneven texture. This special method results in an irregular texture and distinct bumpy feel that evokes the look and feel of vintage sweatshirts, a quality not achievable through modern mass production techniques.
The inside is crafted with pile knitting, providing high cushioning and shock absorption, ensuring comfort even during long hours of walking.
Featuring a unique design where the initial "R" of ROTOTO is knitted using the "cut boss" technique of sock knitting machines. This creates a felt-like patch on the sweatshirt, adding to the visual interest. The ROTOTO name is placed at the toe, and the size is printed on the sole.
