Our Breath 

We breathe as we move throughout our lives but have you ever paused and tuned into it? When you are able to deeply connect to your breath, it becomes one of your greatest super powers. 

Breath enables you to tune into yourself on a physiological and psychological level. It enables you to down-regulate in an overstimulated system. It enables you to pause all the noise- even if just for a moment. 

We invite you to join us on Monday February 24th from 6:30-8pm as Mandi Layton of Salus Studio guides us through a 90 minute class where we will land in a space together and connect with the power of breath.

This class is a free offering from Mandi however we welcome a donation of your choosing (suggested $30). All proceeds will be donated to The Local Community Food Centre in Stratford.
